Signature of Anthony P. Galdes (as GVERNATUR). Head of Melita as watermark. Solid security thread. Two doves in flight as registration device. Two horizontal black 6-digit serial numbers on the front side. Both have an alphanumeric fractional prefix and digits of the same size. Printed by Thomas de la Rue, United Kingdom.
